So let me get this straight. ..... first porter says (with 40 years experience) "all the equipment is broken and needs a complete rebuild" (his special meeting report+)... but suddenly - as the equipment is given to the new HOA group -  a video is published of a  fully functional working dump truck with NO PROBLEMS - which was USED BY THE FREE VOLUNTEERS CREW .....and .......then add in girdner's claim - that the fuel additive he added  to the dump truck JUST UP AND FIXED the truck - and the truck is NOW  fine . ...  BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. what kind of BULL is that?    SO DAYTON DISS'S PORTER'S 40 YEARS OF SO CALLED EXPIERENCE WITH FUEL ADDITIVE and tries to take credit for something that never happened?   ... HA HA HA HA....  .. wow!!!!!

      bottom line.....

There's all this high dollar equipment that is supposed to be used ..."real quick"  on the repairs and maintenance ..yet....There is still nothing done on the south side, the the north east side and north central part of the ranch.

Mr porter claims to "work for free" ... so why isn't he all over the ranch fixing the washouts with our poa tractor and dump truck that work just fine?

This equipment was bought to save money, lower the dues and to get the fixing done quick. I do not see any of that happening.

Audit

I hear that our new president and at least one new director are trying to stop the audit. They are also refusing to send documents that the auditor has requested. Thought you all might like to know what goes on outside of meetings.

>

> In recent e-mails that I have sent out for publication to concerned neighbors, I find that it is necessary to make a couple of retractions and apologies.

>

> In a recent e-mail I stated that Mr Mikuski had filed false charges against Mr Girdner and that a video tape of the event in question appeared to have been altered. I received this information from an apparent witness to the event and forwarded it without considering that since I personally did not witness the event and have first hand information that I was passing on hearsay. My apology for having done so.

>

> Secondly, in a recent e-mail I stated that Mrs Abrahamian was suppressing the audit report from the Board. It seems that I wrongly assumed that since the auditor had been paid $5,000.00 that the audit was complete. A recent communication with the auditor confirmed that the report has not yet been issued and that the payment was a retainer. My apology for this mistake which could have been avoided if my request had not been answered with silence.

cutting dues 1/2

Posted by dfunishere@yahoo.com on July 17, 2016 at 3:55 PM Comments comments (1)

Knowing the volunteer group has cut operating expenses by over 65 percent. and dues can be cut in 1/2. the new directors refuse to go that route?.-instead they want to start a maintenance committee and raise the dues? (wasn't the equipment purchased with the public statement that this was to help lower the dues?..yes!!)

monsoons are here and I see no repairs going on around the ranch with the new crew. many parts of the ranch are washed out or getting washed out.

Where is Mr. Porter on the POA tractor? why isn't he doing touch ups? , Mr Porter who swears, "i only work for free" ?  funny how the "lesser" experienced free crew was out there doing good for the whole ranch during last monsoons.

All I see is expensive material being trucked in... instead of using the free sand from the washes (which after alomst 2 years of using it - all of a sudden - does not work fine?).      maybe that MAP which shows where all the money really goes, should be published again.
